To work together with our families, neighborhoods, and communities by teaching resilience and promoting healthy behaviors.

Community Specific Issues

Issues are addressed by implementing evidence-based programs to educate our youth and community. Using local data to help resolve the top issues our youth are facing.

How You Can Help!

We’re always looking for volunteers and partners. You can request to work in one of our specific work groups or if you don't have a preference we can place you in the most needed areas.

Where We Serve

The Fremont 5 CTC Coalition serves the Fremont Cone, which includes Hooper, West Haven, Plain City, Farr West and Marriott-Slaterville, and unincorporated areas in West Weber County.
