About West Weber CTC
West Weber CTC (formerly Fremont 5 CTC ) Communities That Care coalition is a group of community members (like yourself), parents, teachers, local businesses, key leaders, and organizations coming together to strengthen youth and families in the community to prevent harmful behaviors toward health and wellbeing.
We are a thriving community that empowers youth through partnerships, opportunities, and services, in order to support productive and confident youth.
Mission
Our mission is to create a healthier environment for the communities of Marriott-Slaterville, West Haven, West Weber, Hooper, Taylor, Plain City, and Farr West by advocating healthier lifestyle habits, promoting responsible and involved citizenship, and encouraging lifelong learning.
Vision
The youth prevention vision of our non-profit organization is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can access the resources and support they need to live healthy and fulfilled lives. We strive to empower youth to make informed decisions, develop skills and gain knowledge to prevent risky behaviors and foster healthy relationships. We believe in creating an environment that promotes positive self-esteem and fosters resilience in young people. Our ultimate goal is for every youth to reach their full potential and live a life of purpose.
